We offer many exciting workshops and introudcue new ones each season. One day workshops are a great way to meet new people and have fun with your friends.
Our qualified instructors will keep you energized while teaching you new skills and lifestyle techniques.
One Day Workshops
There's no charge for the launches, however we still ask members please preregister at the front desk, as space is limited!
In this interactive 2-hour workshop you will learn all the inside information you need to feel comfortable when you are starting a yoga practice.
Qigong balances energy, improving the weaker areas in our internal systems.
In this meditation, vocal sounds open, harmonize and bring awareness to the chakras or energy centers.

Wednesday April 18th - 9:15 am to 10:15am
This class is a gripping hour which burns a ton of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting-edge moves with thrilling music. This electric experience is addictive! Instructors all teach the new exercises with the new music for all scheduled classes; it does not matter if you are new to this class or been doing it for years, everyone is new on launch day!
Tuesday April 24th - 9:15 am to 10:15 am
This class is your hour of power. This is a 60 minutes barbell program which strengthens all major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses & curls. Instructors all teach the new exercises with the new music for all scheduled classes; it does not matter if you are new to this class or been doing it for years, everyone is new on launch day!
Saturday April 21st - 9:15 am to 10:15 am
Blast off your workout with 60 minutes of cardio training that uses The STEP® in highly effective, athletic ways. Group Blast® will get your heart pounding and sweat pouring as you improve your fitness, agility, coordination, and strength with exciting music and group energy. Instructors all teach the new exercises with the new music for all scheduled classes; it does not matter if you are new to this class or been doing it for years, everyone is new on launch day!
Sunday April 15 - 2:30 to 4:30 pm
In this meditation, vocal sounds open, harmonize and bring awareness to the chakras or energy centers. It can bring you into a deep, peaceful, inner silence. You can make your own vocal sounds, or just listen to the music and feel the sounds within you. The meditation is to be done with its specific Chakra Sounds Meditation music, which indicates and energetically supports the different stages. Learn about the colors, sounds, attributes and foods that support each chakra!$30 for Members.
Sunday April18th - 2:30 to 4:30pm
The goal for Qigong is a feeling of "Relaxed Power". This power comes when the muscles - rather than fighting and straining to do something, just loosen and allow the energy to flow through. The techniques in this program work to strengthen and balance all the internal organs. Qigong balances energy, improving the weaker areas in our internal systems. The aim is to prevent the body's "weak links" from causing problems down the road. $30 for Members.
Thursday May 3rd - 1:00 to 3:00pm
In this interactive 2-hour workshop you will learn all the inside information you need to feel comfortable when you are starting a yoga practice. You will learn some of the basic yoga postures, individual modifications, how to avoiding injury and observe proper yoga etiquette. $25 for Members.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, promoting healing. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery.
