ORC Beginner level is a fun introductory clinic for beginners and club level juniors to learn basic game play along with the rules of squash.
ORC Silver level are trained to improved technique, tactics and level of play through solo, partner drills and conditions games.
ORC Gold level is a highly competitive high performance clinic that attracts the very best players at the ORC! Gold level juniors exhibit exceptional talent and are committed to regular training programs throughout the season.

ORC Squash offers a ton of ways to be an active player regardless of your level. Beginner drop-ins are offered every week, as is house league play. We're of course also very active in local leagues.
Tournaments, Exhibitions & Events
There's almost always something going on in the squash courts! ORC's Squash Calcutta is tremendously popular, as are our Club Champs or One-Point Tournaments. Enjoy spectating? We've hosted several nail-biting matches between world-ranked players.

Canada's Finest Teaching Staff
Our pros are continually upgrading their certification levels by participating in a wide range of club, provincial, and national courses, as well as pursuing professional development opportunities.
Al Cook is a NCCP Level III Certified Coach and has been playing squash for over 25 years and coaching for over 15 years. Most recently, Al was selected to coach the 2015 Canada Winter Games team.
As a junior, Al was ranked #1 in British Columbia and in the top ten nationally. Al brings a strong coaching background to the ORC. He was named Northwest Territories (NWT) coach of the year in 2010. Over the years, Al fostered and developed a very successful junior squash and high performance program in Yellowknife, with over 65 juniors playing. Promoting the Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD) Program, he instituted an elementary school squash program targeting grade 4 & 5 students to increase exposure to the sport.
Highlights of Al’s NWT coaching efforts include: Canada Winter Games coach for Team Ontario at the 2015 Canada Winter Games. A bronze in the U15 boys event at the 2009 junior nationals in Calgary; and coaching several boys and girls to achieve divisional wins at Jestors Junior Championships in both BC and Alberta. Al has coached juniors at the Canadian Junior Open, the US Junior Open, and recently at the Dutch and German Junior Opens. He served as the 2006 Tournament Chair for the Canadian Men’s Team Championships in Yellowknife. He is the former President of NWT Squash, and is currently serving on the National Junior Squash Advisory Committee.
