Reformer 1

Reformer 1 is perfect for beginners or those returning to the basics. You'll learn how to safely and effectively use the Reformer, while practicing key exercises that focus on core engagement, alignment, breathwork, and overall muscle awareness. This class also offers modifications and variations to suit your personal needs, making it a great foundation for anyone looking to build strength, improve stability, and reconnect with body mechanics. Choose from two weekly time options to suit your schedule.
Reformer 2
Thursdays, May 15 to June 5 | 8:00 am to 8:55 am
Reformer 2 takes your practice further with dynamic sequences, increased resistance, and a more challenging pace. Ideal for those with prior Reformer experience, this class builds on what you've already learned, pushing your coordination, strength, and stamina in new ways. It’s a full-body workout that balances precision and flow, helping you develop stronger body awareness, endurance, and posture.
