ORC GROUP FITNESS
This class is for members who regularly partici- pate in sports or activities which cause short- ening of the muscles. This is an essential part of any training schedule − tennis, marathon or any other activity. Lengthening your muscles takes the stress off the supportive tissue and joints while the core work enables the athlete to support and stabilize therefore increasing the potential strength and power while de- creasing the chance of injury.
