Fitness Focus

This class is geared towards those active members who participate regularly in sports or activities that cause shortening of the muscles. This is an essential part of any training schedule  −  tennis, squash, marathon, or any other activity.  Lengthening your muscles takes the stress off the supportive tissue and joints while the core work enables the athlete to support and stabilize therefore increasing the potential strength and power while decreasing the chance of injury.
