Francesca Tan
Francesca Tan graduated from the George Brown Culinary Management program, after which she became Garde Manger cook at Boulevard Club for five years.
In 2015, she was recruited to Scarboro Golf & Country Club, quickly taking the role of Sous Chef where she primarily lead the Banquet kitchen. She was then promoted the Executive Sous Chef in 2019, overseeing daily kitchen operations, a role which prepared her for becoming Executive Chef here at ORC.
