Our staff is around all the time to help you with equipment, and everyone is given an orientation and goal-setting session with our Health & Wellness Ambassador. She will not only help you learn how ORC can help you reach your goals, but also set you up with a complimentary strength program.

Nicole has a B.A. in Physical and Health Education from University of Toronto and Post-Graduate Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion from Centennial College. Some of her other credentials include:
Strength and Conditioning Coach - NSCA
Certified Personal Training Specialist - Can Fit Pro
Tennis Coach - Level 1 - NCCP, Coach 2 Theory
Provincial and National Level Tennis Junior
Completed two Spartan Races, three 10km races and training for the Disney Princess Half Marathon 2017

Health & Wellness Ambassador

 

As Ontario Racquet Club’s Health & Wellness Ambassador Christine takes her love of fitness and nutrition with her to work to help members with their health and wellness goals.

Graduating in 2003 from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Christine was recognized for graduating first in her class. Amazed at what nutrition did for her own health she enthusiastically started her nutrition career at Extreme Fitness, later joining Core Expectations for pre and postnatal women.  More recently Christine was working in the area of mental health with a team of psychologists before joining the Ontario Racquet Club in 2016.
