We are thrilled to bring you an authentic Filipino Boodle Fight— curated by Executive Chef Francesca Tan. Please note the 6:00 pm seating has an arrival time of 5:30 pm, with the 7:30 pm seating arriving at 7:00 pm.
A vibrant, communal feast traditionally served on banana leaves and eaten with your hands. Originally rooted in military tradition, the boodle fight has evolved into a joyful celebration of unity, camaraderie - and bold, flavourful cuisine. Expect an abundant spread of grilled & marinated meats, tropical fruits, rice, sauces, and more - all artfully presented and meant to be shared.
