Fascial Fitness Fun!

With Daniel Smikle Peters, personal trainer at ORC. In this two hour workshop you will learn:

  • - How the fascial system affects aspects of fitness including strength, flexibility, endurance & power.
  • - How various injuries and conditions affect the fascial system.
  • - Exercise strategies that can be worked into any exercise routine for improved fitness.

This is both a lecture style and movement workshop, please wear clothes which will allow you to move and stretch comfortably.
