It’s that time of year–New Year, New You! Let  Christine Hanlan our Health  &  Wellness  Ambassador  and  Registered  Holistic  Nutri-tionist help you build a meal plan to adopt healthier habits and lose weight  in  2019.  The meal plan  will  let  you  know how often you should eat,  show you what balanced eating  looks  like,  and include portion sizes for weight loss.
