Learn how to build a one week meal plan for you and your family.

When life is busy, we often fly by the seat of our pants, especially when it comes to eating. It can be easy to just grab whatever is around, but unfortunately this often does not give us the results we want or the nutrition we need.
Please join Christine Hanlan, our Health & Wellness Ambassador and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, to learn how to build a one week meal plan for you and your family.

  • Icon Check   What does a balanced meal look like?  A balanced day?  A week?
  • Icon Check   Where do ‘treats’ fit into the plan?
  • Icon Check   How do we add in variety without making it too complicated?

Cost is $15 for members and $20 for guests. Taxes extra.
