Group Blast Spring Launch
Each quarter the ORC introduces a new Group fight, Group Blast and Group Power class. Launches are taught by three certified members of the instructor team. Instructors all teach the new exercises with the new music for all scheduled classes; it does not matter if you are new to this class or been doing it for years, everyone is new on launch day!
Group Fight - Wed April 18 - 9:15 am- Group Blast - Sat April 21 - 9:15 am
- Group Power - Tues April 24 - 9:15 am
There's no charge for the launches, however we still ask members please preregister at the front desk, as space is limited!
