Shifting Gears Classes
We're Looking for Members to Try New Classes! Our new Shifting Gears classes are a pilot project designed for members who want to stay active, but need some support. These classes may be a perfect fit for you if you are recovering from an injury, are having trouble with balance, or need some help to start moving in a safe way.


Starting the first week of April and running eight weeks, we are offering a series of great classes:
 

  • Icon Check Modified Pilates class Mondays from 10:30 to 11:10 am in Studio 2
  • Icon Check Chair Zumba class Mondays from 11:20 to 12:00 pm in Studio 2
  • Icon Check Chair Strength class Fridays from 2:15 to 2:55 pm in Studio 2
  • Icon Check Chair Zumba class Fridays from 3:05 to 3:45 pm in Studio 2

For the trial we are looking for members that can participate in the majority of the classes over the eight week time period, either both Monday and Friday or just one of the days regularly. Please note that the Monday Pilates class is now full, but we are still looking for volunteers to try the Monday Zumba class and/or our Friday classes.
