Join Christine Hanlan, ORC’s Health & Wellness Ambassador and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, to learn what to eat and drink before and after exercise. Maximize fat burning, performance and muscle recovery!

How much protein is enough? Is chocolate milk really the perfect recovery drink? Are protein bars healthy?  Christine will answer these and any other questions you may have. You’ll also get to sample the ORC’s protein shake! Cost is $20 plus tax per person.

Please note there is both a Tuesday February 6th and Thursday February 8th workshop.
