Iyengar Yoga for Racquet Sports
One-sided sports, such Tennis and Squash, can lead to muscular imbalances and require a full range of motion in both shoulder and elbow joints. The legs also take a pounding, and mobility and strength must be maintained. Join us for this introductory Iyengar class, where you will learn a series of asanas that will improve mobility in your shoulders and upper backs, as well as increase range of motion in your hips and legs. No prior yoga experience is needed!
