Your login credentials are the same ones you've been using for the existing app and online portal. Not sure what they are? The Reception Team can help, or you can reset your password at https://orc.clubautomation.com/


The existing Motionvibe app will not show any classes or lane swim availability as of Monday January 27th. This means that come Monday January 20th, you'll look seven days ahead on the old app and see no classes. You'll then need to switch to the new app to book these classes and lane timeslots.


Yes and no. The Motionvibe app will allow members to book courts and view pre-recorded virtual classes for a little while still. However, after Monday January 27th, all lane swim bookings and group fitness classes will only be bookable via the new app.


Look for a circle that says "Reservations" on the main screen. Don't see it? Tap on "Explore" on the bottom and you'll see it there.

You'll see a lot of fitness classes on this list, but assuming you're looking at the correct day of the week and time, all our Pickleball Drop-Ins will be available for sign-up here.


Tap on "Schedule" at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Childcare Reservations" at the top. Please note you must have a child on your membership for this option to show.

Not seeing any morning booking options? Check your filters to make sure the correct number of children are selected, for the correct time allotment.

Additionally, please note that although a cost will be listed when booking, no charges go through until pick-up. Those entitled to complimentary PlayCentre use will of course go through at $0. 


Tap on "Profile" in the bottom right, then look for the "Statements" option.


On the main app screen, you'll see "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon" at the top of the page. Right underneath, you'll see "Upcoming" with your next scheduled event. Tap "View" to the right, then navigate to the date of the court. Find it on your list, then you'll see you have the option to "Cancel" on the right. Please note courts can only be cancelled if you are more than 24 hours out from your court time. If not, you'll need to call the reception team.


Members can use their tablet, iPad, computer or laptop can login at orc.clubautomation.com - which has the same functionality as the app, all done in a web browser.  


The app does not currently support this feature, but we know it's important to our lane swim members. We've asked our software team for potential solutions and are evaluating ways we can make this work for all our members.
