Spring 2013 Schedule

This schedule comes into effect Monday April 1st, 2013.

 

Yoga classes updates

New Hot Yoga class will be added to the spring schedule beginning Tuesday May 7th at 8am. This will be a level 2 Hot flow class.

 

Please note the changes in instructors for the following classes:

 

Wednesday’s beginning May 1st

Hot Ashtanga 9:30 am will be taught by Margaret

12:15 Hot Flow will be taught by Jesse

5:30pm Hot Basic will be taught by Jesse

 

Wednesday 6am beginning May 8th through end of August

Hot Flow will be taught by Marook

 

Hot yoga classes Thursday evenings 6 and 7:15pm May 2nd will be taught by Marook

Beginning May 16th Thursday evening classes will be taught by Ryan

 

Are you interested in joining a outdoor bike club?

We are wondering if anyone is interested in joining other ORC members for some scheduled rides.
