#1 Fitness Fun - included in your family membership
Kinder Gym: This program encourages fitness in younger children through play, dance and non-competitive games. Imagination is a must when having fun with your friends.
Kids Gym: Learning how to run, jump, throw and catch are the foundation skills to carry your child's talents through these formative years.
Kids athletics: Sign up your little one in a skill developing program to help coordination and enthusiasm for sports.
6yrs to 9yrs old
#1 Fitness Fun- included in your family membership
Kids Drop-in (5 times a week) social interactive sports with your friends
Young champs: this program is designed with young athletes in mind to help introduce or reinforce the FUNdamentals of being an athlete.
Cardio-Core-circuit: This program encourages children to develop their aerobic capacity, strengthen their core while performing these activities in a circuit format.
10yrs to 15yrs old
#2 Fitness Fun - some clinics included in family membership
Teen hot yoga: Designed to introduce teens to hot yoga while providing safe and effective exercise.
Teen Pilates :Pilates is a great way to become more kinesthetically aware and use muscles you never thought you had.
Teen Training: Your teen will learn weight machine safety, gym etiquette, anatomy and the principles of cardiovascular endurance.
Teen Fitness Kickboxing: this is a dynamic way to build self-confidence, agility, coordination and stamina.
Teen weight lifting: Learn how to lift weight the right way - if you exercise right from the start, you avoid injury and the muscle improvements will stay.
Teen spin: High energy, fun, cardio workout sure to leave you pumped and improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Sports Performance Academy: This program is designed to improve on athleticism in any sport through training: Strength, conditioning, agility, speed and coordination. Must be in competitive sport to register.
Teen Pilates reformer: The small group training class translates the basic Pilates principles from the mat to the reformer.
Personal Training: Build self-esteem, develop lifetime habits, improve your sport performance and help your health.

Your teenager or young adult has the opportunity at ORC to:
Take high school co-op in our various departments
Complete volunteer hours
Gain valuable work experience in a safe environment.
Learn the skills to develop and maintain lifelong habits that will help them become the great leaders they are meant to be (Tennis, Squash, Leadership swimming, Fitness and group exercise).
Personal Training Sessions:
Teen personal Training sessions can be booked as a private group of five sessions which will follow the Teen Training manual and include an exam at the end. The manual will review cardiovascular health, heart rates, strength training, safety, stretching, workout programs, and muscles.
Teen Training Clinic
This clinic follows the teen training manual and includes the exam. Participants will have a personal program at the end. Teen Training starts with machine safety, gym etiquette and the principles of cardiovascular endurance and general anatomy. Participants will learn how to use the 32 stack- loaded machines, as well as, treadmills, cross-trainers and two types of bikes (recumbent and upright). Upon successful completion of Level 1, participants who are ORC members are permitted full access to the upstairs Fitness Centre.
Sports Performance Academy for Juniors.
You can sign up for 1, 2, 3, or 4 workouts a week for 7 weeks. Your choices range from:
