Fitness Facilities
Summer 2012 - ORC will be improving on the Fitness centre with 15 new cross trainers, 12 new Bikes - all from Technogym with TV, Internet, iPod docking and games all in the cardio consoles. We will also be adding 22 pieces of Technogym weight equipment. All the new technogym equipment will be fitted with a revolutionary system called: The Wellness System.
- Over forty-five pieces of cardio units including treadmills, elliptical trainers, rowing machines, steppers and upright and recumbent bikes
- Including: 16 Treadmills from Technogym with TV, Internet and iPod Docking station in all
- Over 30 pieces of weight lifting equipment
