Book a court
Tennis courts may be booked up to and including seven days in advance through the Front Desk. Club phone lines are opened at 7:30am each day and calls will be answered in sequence. In fairness to all members, please be aware that the Front Desk staff will be ensuring there is only one pre-booking, per member, per day. You may book one hour for singles; 1.5 hours for doubles.
Members are requested to check in at the front desk and pay court or lesson fees prior to entering the courts. ORC offers a 10-minute grace period for all court bookings provided there is no one else waiting for the court. If players use a court beyond 15 minutes of booked time, additional court fees will apply.
Court fees start at $16 per hour (see below).

Court and Lesson Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours' notice for court cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a charge of appropriate court or lesson fees.
Summer Court fee's
Court fees will not be charged on the outside tennis courts. Please note that the indoor tennis courts will be newly renovated with air-conditioning for May 1st. Court fees will still apply on the indoor tennis courts, however they will be charged at a reduced rate for the summer season.
