ORC Summer Tennis Camp

Our popular tennis camps are enjoyed by children each and every week over the summer, running rain or shine. See the brochure here!

DROP OFF: Drop off is from 8:30 a.m – 9:00 a.m. There will be a supervisor starting at 8:30. Campers are asked to check in at the Front Desk and a camp supervisor will take them to the couches in the hallway between 8:30-9:00.

PICK UP: Pick up for HALF DAY campers is 12:00. Pick up for FULL DAY campers is 4:30. If you are to be picking up your camper late, please let a staff member know and they will take them to the playcenter where a minimal charge will apply. For more information, contact the playcenter at 822-5240 ext 226.

LUNCH: Lunch will be provided for everyone on the last day only (Fridays). If your camper wishes to purchase a lunch throughout the week, they may do so by ordering off of our camp lunch menu. All camp menu items are $7.50. (taxes included) Lunch is from 12:00-1:00 daily. (Full day campers). Feel free to bring a lunch from home. Snacks should also be brought as we do take a break for 20 mins daily at  10:30. NO PEANUT PRODUCTS PLEASE!!!

Camps start June 17th, running every week until August 30th. Please note camps running July 2nd and August 6th will be pro-rated for four days. Pricing is as follows:

Le Petit Half Day - Non Member $250; Member $225
Tennis and Sport Camp (Half Day) - Non Member $275; Member $250
Tennis and Sport Camp (Full Day) - Non Member $350; Member $325
Junior Teen Training & Match Play - Non Member $299; Member $275
All Prices are subject to HST.

Summer High Performance Tennis Camps

Gary Muller, Andrea Rabzak and their team of highly qualified coaches offer week long afternoon camps to improve skills and prepare for tournament play. Suitable for Academy level players. Enrolment is by invitation only. Contact the Tennis Department for more information at 905 822 5240 ext 250 or 251.

ORC Summer Squash Camp

The ORC is once again excited to offer summer squash camps for the beginner to the advanced junior player. All camps are for juniors between the ages of 8-16 years. To see our summer camp squash brochure Click here

DATES:  Full day summer squash camps will run on the following dates:

  • July 8th-11th             
  • July 15th-18th
  • August 12th-15th
  • August 19th-22nd


START TIME: Start time is 9:30am so please have your child at the ORC early enough to be changed and ready to go by 9:30 am.

FINISH: The Summer squash camps will finish each day at 3:00pm. If you will be late picking up your child please make arrangements with the camp coach or the ORC playcenter.

BREAKS: We will schedule mini breaks twice a  day with a lunch break at 12:00pm-1:30pm. Squash is a highly aerobic activity so please make sure your child brings a healthy lunch and snack or is provided with sufficient funds in order to purchase a lunch from the restaurant. Thursday lunch time Pizza Party is included in the cost.

GEAR: Please make sure your child brings appropriate sportswear, shorts, non-marking shoes, and a great attitude. Racquets and eye protection provided, If weather permits the campers can enjoy  a supervised pool break so please ensure campers bring appropriate swimming attire.

COST: Squash camps are $300 for members and $360 for non-members. All camps are subject to 13% HST.

Our popular fitness camps are enjoyed by youth each and every week over the summer. 

Fitness Fun Camps
Daily activities include cooperative games, team sports, water games, health and nutrition activities and exercises.

Ages 3-5yrs (half day 12pm to 4:30pm)
We will help your child learn fundamental movements and link them together into play. Physical activity is essential for healthy child development and enhances development of brain function, coordination, social skills, gross motor skills, emotions and imagination.


Ages 6-8yrs (full day 9am to 4:30pm)
Your child will learn fundamental movement skills and build overall motor skills.  Skill development in the FUNdamentals stage will be well-structured, positive, and FUN!  No periodization takes place; however, all programs are structured and monitored.
Includes SWIMMING—every day!


Teen Fitness & Sport Camp
Ages 9-13yrs (full day 9am to 4:30pm)
One of the most important periods of motor development for children is between the ages of 9 and  12. Teens will get a great workout and learn different exercises and how to use the exercise machines.  Along with learning exercises, the Teen Fitness & Sport Camp will help teach general sports skills.
Includes SWIMMING—every day!


Teen Fitness Camp
Ages 11-16 yrs (half day) 1pm-4:30pm
Get a great workout and learn how to use all the exercise equipment. Everyday will focus on a different stream of fitness: Strength, Flexibility and Cardiovascular.  Get a trainer designed and monitored workout!  The Teen    Fitness Camp will encompass; all cardio equipment, weight machines, fitness accessories, body weight exercises, and circuit training. *Swimming is an option.
If your teen is under the gym usage age, once they complete a week of Teen Fitness Camp, they will have access to the gym to workout.


Sports Performance Academy Camp
Ages 10-16yrs (half day)  8:30am to 12pm
The goal of SPA camp is to give all athletes the tools to reach their full potential in sport and life. Whatever your sport, SPA Camp will help you become a great athlete.
Your young athlete will see results in the SPA camp with the following activities:

  • Fitness Testing
  • Strength training (body weight)
  • Endurance workouts
  • Power exercises
  • Agility, Balance and Coordination drills
  • Speed programs
