What is the most important shot in singles and doubles?

Answer: The average rally lasts 4 shots. The serve is 1 shot the return is the 2nd shot. The serve and return accounts for 50% of a rally. Therefore these are your most important shots.

How do I know when my tennis balls need to be “retired” and given to my dog?

Answer: As soon as you pop the can, the balls may last no more than 2-3 weeks. When a ball loses its “fluff”, pressure and colour, donate them to a school or your dog.

How do I know which racquet is best suited for me?

Answer: As a beginner, you will need a lighter but thicker frame. And as you progress and improve a slightly heavier and thinner frame with a smaller head will help.
