Diana MacDonald

Diana Macdonald has completed the Ontario Certification - Yoga Exercise Specialist. She teaches in a modified Ashtanga style and has the ability to adjust to different participant levels by suggesting modifications, so all can safely build their yoga practice.
She specializes in the familiar asanas (flows). Her emphasis and focus with her students is on proper body alignment to encourage their increased mobility and flexibility. She can also structure a more gentle Hatha class through creative experience and knowledge. Diana has over 300 hours of yoga classroom experience and continues to work with all levels of members at ORC.
Diana lives in Oakville with her partner who is an active member at ORC and they both ski, play golf and tennis.
