Ainslie Husbands has one of the most upbeat and friendly personalities in the field of fitness today. She is an accomplished Certified Trainer/ Instructor in all areas of the fitness industry including Personal Trainer, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Core Stability, and Sport Specific Training.
Ainslie's classes are energizing; she excels in providing her students with knowledge and guidance that is exemplary. Her specialties teaching in yoga are Hatha and Ashtanga. Ainslie has her Pilates certification through Total Balance. The method in her teachings results in greater core muscle strength, elongated muscles, elimination of back pain, improved body alignment and posture, along with corrected muscle imbalances, enhanced athletic performance and rejuvenation of the entire body. Ainslie's students also cite greater flexibility as well as weight loss through her teachings.
