Be amazed at the power of your own body to change your body!Compound Core Circuit – Friday 12:15-1:15 This intense weight training circuit will utilize back-to-back exercises for each muscle group (compound sets) for a great body blast. Each circuit will end with a series of exercises to strengthen and tone the core. “Tummy Toning Tuesday” has been added to our Tuesday morning circuit as well as continuing on Tuesday evening. Maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of your workouts by incorporating your ab workout into your weight training and cardio circuit. |
