Our staff is available to provide you with top-line nutritional counseling, answer your questions and give you the motivation you need to fight those “diet demons”.

For an additional fee, detailed counseling is provided based on an evaluation of your current dietary habits and lifestyle.  If you provide the “want”, we’ll provide the “how” by taking the mystery out of what you should or should not be eating and helping you to identify the eating strategies that will work for you.  Our recommendations are science based and sum years of research, years of working with thousands of clients and years of experimentation.   Most importantly, we’ll address the considerations that every diet should be based on:  when to eat, what to eat and how much to eat.
