Welcome to Fit For Her!

Welcome to Fit For Her, a unique fitness and weight management centre for women.  A membership at Fit For Her could be one of the healthiest decisions you ever make.

Fit For Her offers all the tools and support you need to achieve your fitness and weight management goals.  For a total body workout, Fit For Her has Nautilus selectorized weight machines as well as cardio equipment, free weights, tubing, balls, and more.  To ensure that you are familiar with all of the equipment and doing the exercises that are right for you, you will receive a complimentary fitness orientation from one of our certified personal trainers prior to starting your exercise program. This orientation also includes initial goal setting and measurements of resting heart rate and blood pressure, % body fat, body mass index and body circumferences.

For those who require a little extra guidance with their workouts, personal trainer-supervised circuit workouts are offered at set times each day.  Of course, if you prefer to work out independently or one-on-one with one of our highly skilled personal trainers, you can do that, too.  We offer 1-hour and half-hour private and semi-private personal training packages.

To round out your fitness program, we offer a full schedule of group fitness classes including Step, Total body Conditioning, The Ab Solution, Cardio Sprint, Yoga, Pilates and more.  And most of our classes are designed for all fitness levels so you can participate even if totally new to fitness.

Best of all, and for as long as you need or want it, our staff are available to provide you with additional counseling and motivation and answer any questions you may have.
