Tennis at ORC

Learn! Train! Play!

Have you have just picked up a racquet for the first time? Are you playing for fitness? Are you looking for the challenge of intense competition? Whatever your age, whatever your level, the ORC has a tennis program that is right for you.

Our programs are divided into; LEARN-gain the skills and knowledge to be able to play the game; TRAIN-improve your tactical and technical skills and PLAY - on both a competitive and social level. Each adult program also has a Fit Factor Rating to help you reach your fitness goals—just select your desired outcome and view the suitable programs.

Junior programs are centered around Tennis Canada’s Progressive Tennis model, with development programs for all players to improve their skills. ORC also has the largest high performance junior academy in Canada with a gold level.
