Tennis - Professional Staff

Mark Taylor

Mark Taylor is a Club Pro 1 level Instructor, a member of Tennis Canada’s Tennis Professionals Association (TPA) and currently works as a Tennis Pro in the Tennis Academy at the Ontario Racquet Club in Mississauga. Before joining the ORC, he was a Tennis Instructor at the Crosscourt Tennis Centre in Ottawa and the Ottawa Lawn Tennis and Bowling Club. As a player, Mark started playing tennis as a Junior at the Rideau Tennis Club in Ottawa. He has participated in many tournaments at the local NCTA level in Ottawa as well as in provincial level OTA and FTQ tournaments at the junior and open levels. In addition, Mark has played in the qualifiers of the Circuit Canada Series and ITF Futures tournaments held in Canada from 2005 -2007. Mark enjoys coaching young players – particularly helping them to improve their skills and understanding of the game as well as helping them develop their life skills.
