ORC has A, B and C divisions. Matches are played home and away through the course of the season. Players keen to compete on a regular basis are welcome to play in the leagues at their appropriate level. Tryouts are held for all teams in September, and spares are often needed. Sign-up sheets will be posted on the bulletin board (main hallway) in early September.

Tournaments
Mississauga / Oakville Tournament of Champions
The Tournaments of Champions hosted by Ontario Racquet Club in September is open to local club champions. Events include singles, doubles and mixed in A, B and C categories. All club champions from Oakville and Mississauga clubs are invited to participate. In the event that your club champion is not available, the person who finished with the best results in their respective category/division in your club will be accepted.
ORC Club Championships
Throughout the month of April, ORC members compete in our annual Club Championships. Events include singles, doubles and mixed in A, B, C and 55+ categories. Finals are followed by banquet. All champions are invited to play in Tournament of Champions held in September.
George Carter
In an effort to give ORC junior players the opportunity to compete, we are organizing a series of tournaments throughout the year. Players will be guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches during each tournament. All competitors must be available to play between 4:00-9:00pm on Friday and Saturday as well as 2:00-6:00pm on Sunday on an event weekend. Entries may be limited if necessary. Events may be combined in the case of insufficient entries. All matches will be 1 hour in duration.
Through the tournament year, all competitors’ results from each event will go towards a year end “ranking”. The players who finish the year #1 in their respective divisions will win prizes. All competitors will receive a t-shirt (1 per year, not per event) and there will be weekly prizes for sportsmanship, effort, etc.
