What are the benefits of hot yoga?

  • Improves metabolism
  • Detoxifies the body by sweating
  • Strengthens muscles and joints
  • Improves flexibility: stretches muscles, ligaments, and tendons
  • Yoga is for everyone - those with injuries, illness, old age, and kids and teens
  • Optimal humidity improves immune system
  • Calms the body and mind

The Reformer studio is located in the lower hallway besides the lower Fitness Center.

Home to 6 STOTT SPX Reformers and other pieces of small equipment. Our certified instructors are ready to assist you in taking your Pilates practice to the next level.

The SPX Reformer is a spring resistant piece of equipment,  that helps you to enhance the mat exercises and to discover and correct alignment and muscular imbalances. Spring resistance helps to incorporate more resistance in the limbs of the body, building on strength and co-ordination while developing toned, lean and flexible muscles.

Why choose to add Pilates to your workout schedule?

  • Flatten, Tone and strengthen core
  • Develop longer, leaner muscles
  • Improve posture
  • Prevent injury
  • Increase circulation and relieve tension
  • Enhance body awareness
  • Balance strength with flexibility
  • Heighten concentration
  • Enhance athletic performance
  • Boost self-esteem

The result is a balanced and aligned body that looks fit, feels revitalized and moves with ease.

Who should practice Pilates?

  • Anyone whether you are in rehab or an elite athlete.
