12:15 Hot Yoga will be cancelled December 20 and 27
1:25 pm Pilates Intermediate will be cancelled December 13, 20 and 27th

To do our part for the environment we will no longer be providing the Group Exercise schedule on paper.

To find out the classes, times, and instructors, please choose the following options:

  • Website - weekly schedules can be found here
  • Hotline - an extension for each day of the week

600=Monday 599=Tuesday 598=Wednesday 597=Thursday 596=Friday 595=Saturday 594=Sunday

  • Front Desk - laminated copy available for review
  • Hall Board - white board located outside the playcentre
