"When I first joined the ORC, I did my own thing up in the gym. It lasted about 6 months and I never really noticed a difference in my body structure. I then discovered some of the morning classes and one by one, tried them all out. I'm now doing 6 morning classes a week and couldn't start my day without them. The instructors are all very creative in their approach to exercising and make you feel motivated to come back again and again. Special thanks to Marika, Heidi, Gloria, Liz, Val, Rick, Marlene, Joelle and Brigitte who are all amazing instructors!"

"Firstly, Larry Gangbar (Mediation): Larry is not only a wonderful meditation teacher, he brings so much more to the class that his professional expertise. I especially love the real life stories he shares with the us. His teachings are inspiring and when the hour of meditation practice is over I am so much better - because it provides the nourishment that makes me feel good inside and I see the world through different eyes. Secondly, Chris Lacey: Chris brings that something special to the class than just therapeutic yoga. Her method of teaching gives her students' the tools to live their everyday life to the fullest. Her passion for teaching Yoga is evidenced by the way she complements the esoteric with the physical. She does this by incorporating the deeper aspects of yoga which provides nourishment to the inner being. While her classes may be low key, the practice itself is rigorous, inspiring and thoughtful. The instructors are awesome; they motivate you to constantly push yourself. In the past, I would attend classes 3 times a week.
