Group Exercise - Staff
Val MacDonaldI started teaching aerobics classes 22 years ago. Being fit has allowed me to reach the top of Mount Kilimanjaro, run The Boston Marathon and climb Alp D'Huez. Motivating members in the spinning studio armed with great music, positive attitude and my signature bandana is where you can find me.
