Group Exercise - Staff

Rhea Athey

Rhea  Athey began her career in the fitness field at O.R.C. 28 years ago. She is a Yoga Alliance RYT200 certified Yoga Teacher  and thoroughly loves sharing the ancient teachings of yoga to her students, integrating  body mind and spirit into every class experience.   She is also Can-Fit Pro certified as both a Personal Training Specialist and Group Exercise Specialist.   Rhea has vast experience in many areas of fitness training. She has managed and taught group exercise in fitness clubs across Mississauga and Toronto and has a wealth of coaching experience in Cross Country Running, Track, and training rep soccer teams. Rhea has run her own successful personal training business for many years and also facilitates motivational workshops.

Rhea’s hobbies consist of yoga, running, rollerblading, hiking, guitar, reading, and walking her dogs.
