Mona Engeset-Faustino

Mona has a true passion to inspire others on their quest for vitality and total body wellness. As a longtime natural health advocate and fitness instructor, Mona has always maintained an active interest in alternative modalities and holistic nutrition. Mona currently is focused on teaching Urban Tai Chi, Kickbox, Total Body Conditioning and Cardio Salsa style group exercise programs. Aside from fitness, Mona also teaches Whole and Living Food Cooking and Baking Classes.
