Cathy Thompson

We all find motivation to get fit in our own way. For Cathy Thomson, it was the birth of her two daughters and her desire to be able to keep up with their energy levels. What started as a chore is now a passion bordering on an obsession. Cathy is a CanFit Pro certified trainer, but her focus at ORC is spinning classes. Known for her great tunes, upbeat disposition and aggressive hill climbs, Cathy's goal is to make her classes so much fun that you forget that it is exercise!
