Julie Robinson

Pilates is my passion and have been training for over seven years. It has made a profound difference in my life and my mission now is to introduce this very effective method to as many people as possible to help them really live well in their body and be the very best they can be. I am STOTT Pilates Mat Certified and have a background as an RN and Corporate trainer. As a very patient and enthusiastic trainer I provide a safe, refreshing and energizing full body workout. Using the time efficiently and effectively, focusing on quality versus quantity of movement, modifying where necessary, training to connect the mind with the body and using visualizations to encourage the body to achieve. I teach how to live consciously, practicing the principals in day-to-day activities and sports, using the world as a gym. I love the fact that Pilates is for everybody guys and gals and can be practiced throughout one’s life; it’s never too late to start.
