Jay Sharma

“Health is wealth, Yoga shows the way”

Jay Sharma is a positive thinker. A highly motivated and inspirational instructor, he resigned from his successful Sales Manager position with Sun life where he practiced financial planning to follow the path of peaceful health planning. He strongly believes that we need to have clear goals, a strong commitment and the desire for action to achieve our dreams.

Jay is certified yoga Siromani from the International SivanandaYoga Vedanta Center, a certified Can Fit Pro Personal Trainer and a qualified instructor in Pilates and Reiki level 2.

He is now been practicing Yoga and meditation for over 25 years and has been teaching a wide range of age groups and students at all levels for over 13years. Over the years, he has become one of the most popular and sought-after instructors in the Greater Toronto area.

Through his own vigorous practice accompanied with careful study of the earliest available texts, he has revisited the roots of yoga and brought forth a revitalization of the ancient art of yoga.

Jay conducts seminars on Stress Management and Relaxation. Seminars are structured to increase participant’s awareness of how to properly use yoga techniques for mind/body control and emphasize the integration of mind/body and spirit. You will learn how to breathe properly and control your breathing in a relaxed and modulated way keeping in mind proper alignment and posture.
