JACQUELINE ANN GIELLA-CRESPO

Jackie has worked in the field of physical fitness all her life. She began to teach at the age of 19, taking many courses in aerobics, kick boxing, stability ball, circuit training, palates and yoga. She have been certified in Personal Training through Can Fit Pro as well as achieving certifications in Strength and Conditioning Coach, Physical Education, Fitness Instructor, Hatha Yoga and Mental Control Yoga.

Jackie owned her own gym in Argentina giving her the privilege of working with Olympic weight lifters, and loved the sport. Being involved in this sport allowed her to incorporate the weight training method into her own training techniques and has taught it to many of her clients through out the years.

Jackie believes that good mental and physical health can be achieved through exercises that give you flexibility, strength and good posture, giving you a new out look on life and opportunities to succeed.

She teaches a Core Clinic that has been very successful in helping members learn the correct technique to engage the core muscles, giving them the possibility of getting better results in their training and in their daily life in general.

Jackie is also a very dedicated Kickboxing Trainer, and has launched a group class with gloves and focus pads that teaches the correct way to punch and kick and feel IMPOWERED.

Coming to Canada and starting a life here has allowed Jackie to give her family a better future. Jackie is energetic and enthusiastic, searching for new opportunities to teach and learn from others. She is always looking forward to a new challenge.

I believe that we are all fighters. I think that the problem in many people’s lives is that we tend to put a lot of energy in things that are not important, so when the important things do come along we have no more energy left.

We as humans tend to value what we have once we have lost it. Sit down and write what is an ideal life for you, what you want to have economically, emotionally, spiritually, in your education and in any other area of your life that would make you happy, and satisfied. Then read it to yourself and ask yourself “what have I done TODAY to get closer to my goals”, “What POSITIVE ATTITUDE can I have TODAY to make my dreams come true and move in direction to my future”. If you use all that negative, unsatisfied, unhappy energy and turn it into positive energy, striving to achieve your dreams, YOU WILL GET CLOSER TO THEM. You will achieve your dreams and you’ll be happier during your journey, and best of all your approach is contagious and you will be surrounded be people who have the same positive attitude. RADIATE POSITIVE ENERGY AND YOU WILL RECEIVE POSITIVE ENERGY.
