Group Exercise - Staff
Donna GrayIt is all about life balance - literally! Yoga has been a strong part of Donna’s life for the past 5 years. In the mid 30's with stresses of running and mountain biking (and balancing cheque books!), she has found relief from yoga, and gained strength through her entire body and mind! Yoga breathing (Pranyama Breath) has increased endurance in marathons and on the bike. Donna has found her back pain is eliminated and her joints stronger. Sharing this form of Power Flow yoga is a great opportunity for other athletes to reward from the benefits of yoga but also feel like they have had a workout! Having practiced with the likes of Rodney Yee, Dharma Mitra, Sean Chorn and Cyndi Lee. Spinning has the same kind of benefit as it allows for such impact on cardio building in only an hour! When life gets busy this is a great way to accomplish a strong cycle ride without the time it sometimes takes on the road or on the trails. Winter of course is the best time to add spinning to your routine! |
