Yoga Teacher & Master Trainer: Belinda KimAs an expert self-help fitness guru Belinda's in-depth knowledge of proper alignment and passion for enhancing her student's health has led her to train thousands, from TV celebrities to an Olympic athlete. With her expertise, Belinda has co-created The Body and Mind Peak Performance Program for Nike - Endurance Sports. The program is designed to help athletes perform at their optimal level, reduce the risk of injuries, and recovery quickly according to their respective sport (i.e. golf, basketball, running, etc.) Belinda is a dynamic Master Personal Trainer & certified Yoga Teacher whose credits boasts of her being an Ambassador for Nike - Endurance Sports, an Extreme Fitness spokesperson, co-creator of the innovative fitness program, Pumping Steel Yoga and co-author of the book, Journey Into Anti-Aging Power. Belinda has been involved within the health and fitness industry for over a decade. With her ongoing success she has been broadcasted on international shows such as City TV News, Breakfast Television, CBC and Much Music. Under Belinda's instruction can be found a renewed sense of purpose, calm & poise and one can develop a sense of self-control, which will wield a synergistic effect in all aspects of life. Holding a strong educational background with a B.A. in Psychology at York University as well as a joint-program in Rehabilitation Services at Seneca at York, Belinda’s in-depth knowledge of the human mind, human activity, anatomy, stress management, behavior modification as well as counseling is inextricable of her practices as a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer. |
