Classical Yoga is the most significant of all schools of Yoga. It is Authentic, Scientific and Time-Tested. The Classical Yoga lifestyle promotes balanced health; physical, mental, moral and spiritual. Day to day living is elevated to the state of an ‘art’, where one gives much importance to happiness and peace of mind. Classical Yoga shows us how to find our balance and enrich our lives. Through yoga practice, the opportunity to see our true self awakens.

I have always been passionate about yoga. I love yoga. I love what it means (union). I love the way it makes me feel (lovely) and I love what it brings out in me, love.
