Well, I got the trainer; I've learned the routine, now it's time to give up the trainer. I can't!!! My trainer is Marika. I've been training with her once a week for about a year now. I look forward to my weekly session with her. She works me hard. She is relentless and pushes me to my max. After a session with Marika old and new muscles ache with pain, good pain. The days that I work out on my own, I still hear her in the back of my mind re-enforcing my form and motivating me. I can honestly say that the results I've achieved in the one year with Marika have surpassed any in the last twelve years that I've been working out.
