Regan has passion for teaching Pilates and takes a holistic “whole body” approach when training clients. She has been involved in competitive sport for most of her life and has had the opportunity to train and coach beginner to elite athletes. She specializes In Pilates and Core Conditions, Circuit Training and Strength Training. Regan went to McMaster University and studied Psychology and Sociology. Her philosophy is, “Physical, Spiritual and Emotional Fitness contribute to creating balance in our life process. Keep an open mind, step out of the box and try new things.
