As a nutritional consultant, I will educate each individual and take into account his or her goals, lifestyle, diet and health history. Each person is bio-chemically unique and I will show you how to make long lasting changes that will have a positive impact on your health and ultimately your life. Nutritional consultants are able to identify and help correct the nutritional causes of diseases and imbalances within the body.

My approach to achieving your balance is with nutrient dense foods, proper hydration, and supplementation when required and by educating and empowering you to take an active role in your health.

I specialize in preventative nutrition, women’s health, weight loss and digestion.

I am excited to be working at ORC and hope that I have the opportunity to provide a little more balance in your life.
