JACQUELINE ANN GIELLA-CRESPO

Jackie has worked in the field of physical fitness all her life. She began to teach at the age of 19, taking many courses in aerobics, kick boxing, stability ball, circuit training, palates and yoga. I have been certified in Personal Training through Can Fit Pro as well as achieving certifications in Strength and Conditioning Coach, Physical Education, Fitness Instructor, Hatha Yoga and Mental Control Yoga.

Jackie owned her own gym in Argentina gave her the privilege of working with Olympic weight lifters, and loved the sport. Being involved in this sport allowed her to incorporate the weight training method into my own training techniques and have taught it to many of my clients through out the years.

Jackie believes that good mental and physical health can be achieved through exercises that give you flexibility, strength and good posture, giving you a new out look on life and opportunities to succeed.

Coming to Canada and starting a life here has allowed Jackie to give my family a better future. Jackie is energetic and enthusiastic, searching for new opportunities to teach and learn from others. She is always looking forward to a new challenge.

As a facilitator of the Core Clinic Jackie's knowledge and expertise were very much appreciated. By offering an individual approach Jackie assisted me with specific areas that needed improvement. By presenting explanations, demonstrations and effective cuing Jackie is able to assist her clients. I now understand the importance of correct technique and often go over a mental "check list" of things to focus on. The end result for me has obviously been improved overall fitness with better movement, flexibility and strength.
