I have worked in the field of physical fitness all my life. I began teaching at the age of 19, taking many courses in aerobics, kick boxing, stability ball, circuit training, pilates and yoga. I specialize in Kickboxing and Core training. My philosophy of work is to be able to give my clients the knowledge to be able to work out on their own knowing they are doing thing right. Give them all the tools they need for their personal health and well-being. Good mental and physical health can be achieved through exercises that give you flexibility, strength and good posture, giving you a new out look on life and opportunities to succeed.
