Heather has her degree in Kinesiology from York University, in addition graduated from Canada’s most recognized Fitness and Lifestyle Management Program at George Brown College. Heather has been working as a fitness professional since 2004 and has trained a variety ages and abilities. As your trainer, she will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help achieve all of your fitness goals. With your determination and her dedication, you can make anything happen. She specializes in weight loss workouts geared towards overall body tone and getting rid of unwanted fat.ORC Member – Katie Devlin
Katie has been training with Heather McDonald regularly for over a year now. Katie has accomplished some incredible changes in her body composition. Through her hard work and dedication training with Heather, she has achieved a significant decrease in her body fat percentage and a significant increase in her lean muscle mass. In addition to the changes to her body composition, Katie has increased strength in her upper, lower and core areas of her body.
