Ainslie Husbands

Ainslie Husbands possesses one of the most upbeat and friendly personalities in the field of fitness today. She is an accomplished Certified Trainer/ Instructor in all areas and aspects of the fitness industry including Personal Trainer, Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, Core stability, and Sport Specific Training.

Ainslie's classes are energetic and she excels in providing her students with knowledge and guidance that is second to none.

Her specialty teachings are in Yoga are Hatha and Ashtanga.

Ainslie has her Pilates certification through Total Balance and the method in her teachings results in greater core muscle strength, elongated muscles, elimination of back pain, improved body alignment and posture, along with, corrected muscle imbalances, enhanced athletic performance and rejuvenation of the entire body. Ainslie's students also cite greater flexibility as well as weight loss through her teachings.

Personal training is another area where Ainslie fully excels; her specialties include designing resistance training programs for women, specifically tailored for each individual's goals and needs. Ainslie knows what it takes to take her clients to the "next level' of fitness but also has the understanding and knowledge to show and guide the most absolute novice beginner on a rewarding and self fulfilling path by showing them how to succeed at fitness.
