Massage Therapy

ClubSpas' experienced registered massage therapists (RMTs) are trained to address and treat a variety of conditions offering Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial and Hot stone treatments. Some conditions with which massage therapy can treat are:

• Headaches and migraines
• Muscle and related conditions
• Back pain
• Strain injury
• Circulatory and repertory problems
• Pregnancy and labour discomforts
• Post injury rehabilitation

Our massage therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapy and will issue insurance receipts.

Jennifer Tsuji, RMT has been with Ontario Racquet Club since 2004. She graduated from Sutherland Chan Massage Therapy School. She has experience in treating conditions such as: whiplash, chronic pain, headaches and overuse and repetitive strain injuries like tendonitis. She also specializes in deep tissue, relaxations and hot stone therapies.

Christina Gale, RMT has been working as a Massage Therapist at the Ontario Racquet Club since 1998. She also teaches massage therapy classes at the CDI College. She specializes in deep tissue, relaxation and injury specific treatments.

Justine Lazzara, RMT is a graduate from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. Her education has provided her with a vast knowledge of structural anatomy, physiology, orthopedic assessments, remedial exercise, pathology, and hydrotherapy. She is experienced in providing a variety of massages including Swedish massage, manual lymph drainage, trigger-point therapy, joint mobilizations, and myofascial release.

Ihor Tsap, RMT is a graduate of Kikkawa College and brings 10 years of massage therapy experience to ClubSpa. He has experience treating sports injuries, both pre and post sporting events. He specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release and Swedish massage therapy.

Jodie Cara Lindley, RMT. A graduate of the Alexandrian Institute, Jodie brings her 10 years of experience to our spa. Jodie’s focus is a blend of traditional bodywork and energy healing.
